Avery Law advises Punto Health on its £2 million seed investment round.

Avery Law is pleased to have advised Punto Health, the AI driven cognitive care startup, on its £2 million Seed round co led by Shilling VC and Plus Partners, with participation from Exceptional Ventures, Heartfelt, Fondo Bolsa Social and ABAC Nest.

Founded by Anna Muñoz Farré and Jack Eckersley, Punto Health is developing an AI first platform for early detection and personalised support in dementia and cognitive care. The company’s full stack solution is already being deployed across NHS services and leading Spanish hospitals, with strong clinical collaboration and early traction.

The seed investment will enable Punto Health to accelerate product development and scale its platform across the UK and Spain.

Avery Law advised Punto Health on all legal aspects of the transaction, supporting the team through investment terms, negotiation and completion. This transaction further reflects our experience partnering with high growth technology and healthtech companies on strategic fundraising rounds.
