Avery Law has supported Mindstep from seed stage to the official launch of its medically-backed brain and mental healthcare app.

Mindstep is the product of NHS doctors, amazing engineers, and most importantly, the British public.

2 years ago the company ran a campaign encouraging everyone and anyone to undergo a 5 minute screen so that the app could become great at picking up the signs of critical brain and mental health conditions.

‍

A clinical trial and a couple of peer-reviews publications later, the app is now available for free to download on the App store.

‍

The firm advised Mindstep over various equity fundraising rounds, on its commercial terms and its privacy and compliance requirements.
