Puren is a dual-qualified lawyer with extensive experience in corporate M&A and commercial contracts. She holds an LLM (Merit) in International Financial Law from King’s College London, an LLM (Hons) in Economic Law from Galatasaray University, and an LLB from Bilkent University. Puren is admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales and to the Istanbul Bar Association.

Before joining Avery Law, Puren worked at TandonHildebrand in London, where she advised financial investors, private equity firms, and both international and domestic companies on small to mid-market cross-border M&A transactions, as well as a wide range of commercial contracts.

Earlier in her career, she was a Managing Associate at Aksan Law Firm in Istanbul, specialising in M&A, IPOs, and corporate restructuring. She also advised on complex international disputes in the aviation and defence sector, collaborating with government stakeholders.

Puren brings strong technical skills and commercial awareness to her practice, with particular strength in navigating multi-jurisdictional transactions and bridging legal systems for international clients.
