Recur Software builds and acquires industry-specific software businesses across manufacturing. FLAGS Software is a quality management and production control software provider founded in 1989 and based in Solihull, serving the automotive, aerospace, rail, marine and recreational vehicle sectors, with clients including JLR, Aston Martin Lagonda, Bentley Motors and Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
The acquisition deepens Recur Software's presence in the UK and adds shop floor quality software to its growing portfolio of industry-specific software businesses. FLAGS will remain based in Solihull with its existing team, with plans to invest further in AI capabilities and expand into new sectors and international markets.
